We know that the insurance system is difficult to navigate and so we are happy to submit claims for the services provided at Magnolia. Ask our front desk staff to help you with any insurance questions and always update us with changes to your insurance.
For patients with who wish to self-pay, we offer a discounted rate and request payment at the time of the visit.
For patients with HMO plans, co-payment is collected at the time of the service. Please bring your most recent insurance card and make sure one of our providers is listed on that card.
For patients with PPO plans, insurance is processed through our billing service. While filing of insurance claims is a courtesy, charges not covered by your insurance company, such as deductible and co-payments, are your responsibility.
We follow the recommendations of the American Academy of Pediatrics when administering Hearing, Vision, Developmental and Behavioral screening exams. While these tests are generally covered by insurance, in some cases they are the responsibility of the patient. Please consult with your insurance carrier as to what services are covered.
We do have some fees for missed appointments and processing forms. Appointments not canceled at least 24 hours in advance may incur a $50 cancellation fee. School/camp/physical forms completed outside of the time of visit incur a $20 fee.
We accept payment by all major credit cards. You may also use the "Pay My Bill" portal.
Bills unpaid for more than 90 days may be turned over to collection. We will do our best to communicate with you prior to this to make payment arrangements. The billing office number is 844-399-8227.
You are responsible for any services provided not covered by your insurance.
